Blair Jones is a possibility too.

On the Blue line I think Smith is the easy choice to go up, but would like to see Ramage get a couple games

What about Billins? He got the call but got sent down a day later because Wideman came back. I would think he's "owed" a call again there.

That may happen but I do not think he is owed anything, also like Breen I have not been too impressed with his play recently. If we want to reward good play it would actually be SOB or Wotherspoon. But I think Ramage's style is more of what the Flames need than another puck mover.
