Well tonight will probably be the most emotional night in franchise history. Regardless of what you think of DeMar as a player, unlike VC and Bosh he gave us everything and he didn't leave because he wanted out, he wanted to stay and fight to take the Raps to that next level. So it will definitely be quite the night, and hopefully he doesn't drop 60 lol.

I forgot to mention, did anyone else year Jack Armstrong having a go at the ref during the San Antonio game?
I love Jack. It was great. On the way to a TV timeout he told the ref to compose himself, that the ref blew the call, and he has to get a handle on himself. Ref doesn't do it, tosses Nurse. After the break Jack points out it was the same Ref who the Raptors got into it with last March.

Really love what we're seeing from the Raptors tonight. It's huge because this is the last time they'll see another elite east team until 2nd round of the playoffs.
Just caught the end after the Flames game, but man that team has some depth. When they get rolling they're tough to stop. Not a lot of weak links. Really like Gasol.
Agreed. They have the only player who is equal to and probably better than Leonard.
If you could make the Greek Freak shoot, he could be contained. No one has been able to do that yet. We’ll see what happens when the D picks up in the playoffs. When Derozanwas forced to the outside in the playoffs he became a different player but obviously the freak is a much better player than Derozan.

LeBron no doubt wishes he would have stayed in the East as tonight's loss likely ends any chance of the Lakers making the playoffs. Lakers are actually the worst team in California right now, in fact the Kings and Clippers are both over .500. Wonder if we see the Lakers tank out now to improve the pick.

It's funny how the Cavaliers go from finalists to the second-worst team in the Eastern Conference minus Lebron but the Lakers add Lebron and are only marginally (3-4 wins?) better than last year's 35-47 team.

I think the Lakers would have ended up being significantly better than last year's team... until the organization showed it was willing to trade all the young guys for AD, at which point they all stopped caring about the team.
Watching the Raptors game tonight, I'm still not a fan of the Gasol trade. Gasol's been fine with the starters, and crap with the bench. Serge has always been great as starting C, crap with the bench. JV was the sort of center who could come in and clean up garbage around the basket and get you a bunch of points regardless of whether plays were being run for him or who he was on the court with. The bench really lacks that steady scoring and rebounding. FVV out doesn't help either, but to me this was still a totally unnecessary trade that hasn't improved this roster.
