Glad any rumbling involving the Bears are out as well. Would much rather Breeland

Vikings are going to regret that Cousins contract.

Gotta say though that the QB market is setting up nicely for the Eagles, especially if Arizona actually wants Foles. Roseman allegedly wants a better deal than he got for Bradford (1st + 4th). I don't think he gets that but something along the lines of swapping firsts with Arizona and then having them add in one of their 3rd round picks from this year and a conditional 2019 2nd or 3rd would probably get it done.

What a crazy week so far! Is anyone able to explain why signings can still happen for certain players, prior to FA officially starting on Wednesday afternoon?

My roommate is convinced it's already started and thinks I'm wrong on my dates because of all the action this week already (I know I'm right). But when he challenges me on "why are signings happening right now then?", I don't have a proper explanation for him...which is why he thinks he's right. Is it because they've been released?

you can immediately sign for a new team if you've been released. Those on expiring contracts can only start negotiating tomorrow and sign officially on March 14th.

The Giants have released Rodgers-Cromartie.

Dolphins to release Suh.

https://www.profootballrumors.com/20...-ndamukong-suh

“With the first pick in the 2019 draft the Miami Dolphins select”
Miami will be unwatchable this year.

Miami may stink this season, but it wont be because this ass clown isnt there any longer.

Dirtiest player in the game since Jack Tatum. Should have been banned years ago.

As a dolphin fan, can't say I agree or disagree with much of what is transpiring but man the pain and misery continue. Garbage team for over a decade now, with absolutely nothing to be excited about.

Between following the flames and the dolphins, I'm about ready to just give up being a loyal sports fan.

Mostly attitude. Packers contemplated cutting him during the season.

Sounds like the Browns are going to move him back to FS, his college position, so we'll see if that helps but as a CB he really wasn't that good. Got it togetehr and played a few good games down the stretch but the pick numbers overshadow a boatload of coverage errors. High risk, high reward player whose attitude became not worth it in the Packers mind.

I like Kizer though and don't like Hundley so I think this is also a sneaky good value trade for the Packers.

In today's QB desperate market, Tannehill should fetch a nice return. Dolphins shouldn't play around, go full tank and trade Tannehill.

First big QB domino to fall....

Quote:
For the second time in the last seven years the Denver Broncos have roared into free agency to fix a quarterback problem.

In 2012 it was Peyton Manning and this year it's Case Keenum.

Sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter the Broncos will reel in the 30-year-old Keenum to be their quarterback of the present and the future when free agency officially opens Wednesday
.

Interesting.

Keenum apparently will only cost around $20 million per, but with no details on term yet tough to know what to make. Obviously anything short and it's likely the Broncos will still draft a QB at #5 (probably makes it more likely to be Allen).

Also, Chiefs sign Sammy Watkins to a 3 year, $48 million deal with an option to spend most of that time injured. Jokes aside if he stays healthy that's an elite offense with Hunt, Kelce, Hill and Watkins. Mahomes certainly isn't short of playmakers.

Bears sign Allen Robinson to a 3 year, $42 million deal. Makes a lot of sense, Trubisky will need some weapons.
Jaguars sign Andrew Norwell to a 5 year, $66 million deal which will make him the highest paid guard in the whole league.

Happy the Bears nabbed a big fish for once, especially at such a position of need

Great morning so far to be a Raiders or Chargers fan. Broncos tying up $20 million for Keenum and the Chiefs paying $16 million/season for Watkins who has one 1000 yard season in his career and only 592 yards last season in 15 games. Keenum will likely be better than what the Broncos had but I don't believe he was in the right place at the right time in Minnesota and that he's not going to fare nearly as well behind that offensive line.

Chiefs also add LB Anthony Hitchens. Would have loved him in Pittsburgh, but 9m/year is crazy.
