Philly's a hard-knock life. I've heard many times that growing up there isn't for everyone. For instance, there are numerous stories of people looking to get treated to something -- but instead only getting tricked. Also I saw on the news the other day that some dude was walking around looking for kisses, but all he really got was kicked.

Sounds to me like TSN pissed him off somehow. There wasn't any thanks to TSN. He'd have also said to stay turned I'd think, if he had something lined up. No doubt he'll get picked up by a big network. I tend to like guys who won't be company shills as Dreger, or Lebrun nowadays are. He broke the Aliu and Peters story when most didn't push hard about it. Even the Babcock one he did I believe. He's a good reporter in my books. TSN loses more credibility.

The chickens are coming home to roost for TSN. Most of their stalwarts, in spite of big money offers, stayed on board when Rogers got the national package. With years to go on that deal and ESPN/Turner throwing around money like confetti, Seravelli won't be the last to jump. And for guys who still have contracts with TSN, there will be a lot of schedule juggling.
