Yes. 3.0% of picking 1st, 3.3% chance of picking 2nd.
Unless they win the last game. Then their odds go down by two spots (Arizona and Chicago would have better odds. Arizona, despite forfeiting the pick, still factors in I believe).

So yeah he's been the top player on this team at 5v5 the last two seasons. If not for abnormally low second assists he'd be leading the team in 5v5 points (His 3 secondary assists are the lowest of any player with over 50 5v5 points the last 2 seasons. Nordstrom has 4 and he's only been here this season).

He's earned more top unit PP time and hasn't received it. Part of that is you aren't taking Gaudreau or Monahan off that unit, but I think you could argue him over Monahan or Lindholm at this point. He's a top 50 producer in the NHL at 5v5, but he ranks 226th in PP time among NHL forwards over the last two seasons (136 minutes).

Monahan was off the first unit since roughly the line change. But they put Backlund in his place I think.

Mangiapane did get some first unti time - about 15% of his power play usage was on the first unit.
