Now that’s the kind of effort that’s been missing the last few games. Smith looked good, Gio, Johnny and Tkachuk were beasts, Bennett and Neal picking up points. Nothing to dislike in this one. Suck it Vegas and San Jose.

Solid game by Smith. If he could string a few of those together without giving up any softies it would go long way in building that trust back.

Hell of a game, dominant except for a bit in the second. They played very well in front of Smith and Smith had probably his best game this season.

First time I have heard the play-by-play guy mention Neal's name fairly consistently.
