McDavid has made Brodie his bitch.

I've watched that McDavid play last night more than a dozen times now. It's an amazing play. Wow!

You know what else? Brodie had maybe a 15 foot head-start.

I don't see McDavid getting this many breakaways against other teams. It's simply the inability to adjust. Instead of 15 feet...why don't you give yourself a 20 foot cushion. if thats not enough then give yourself a 25 foot cushion. just stop giving up breakaways.

This is less about Brodie being "terrible" and more about just how good Gio is and the impact he has on whoever his partner is.
