None of the OOT games have any significance to the Flames playoff push today.

That Hawks/Avs game could get out of hand in a hurry.

Montreal and Ottawa game should be good. Both teams fighting for the top spot and both played each other last night.

Columbus is up 2-1 over NJ.

Sedlak scored a shorthanded penalty shot goal.
Jenner then scored a shorthanded goal on the next PK.

Anderson just got tripped on another breakaway, getting injured. So Gagner is taking the 2nd penalty shot for CBJ. NJ is arguing Gagner isn't allowed as he wasn't on the ice.

Dubinsky takes it instead, and scores. Hahahaha. 3-1

It is 3-0 Penguins after forty minutes, Crosby has two goals.

The Penguins ROOT telecasters are unabashed shameless homers. It is ridiculous.

They're right up there with John Garrett & Jack Edwards in terms of homerism.

What does a player do with all those hats? I am assuming that he gets them at the end of the game.

I asked the dome staff this question one time and they said they give them all to charity. The player does not get them. It may be different in different rinks but really I doubt the player would want 500 stinky old hats.

I don't know if you are watching, but their discussion of the non-goal on Reimer in which Kuhnackl pushed his pad with the puck underneath it into the net was embarrassing—insisting that "he was just playing the puck." Bewildered by the "no goal" call, they then compared it to an instance in the last Penguins v. Devils game in which Murray's pad is whacked by a stick while a goal is scored. How could that possibly count?

It is all so hilarious in the light of the Penguin's game tying goal against the Flames.

A shame for Crosby's injury this season, would have had a good shot at 50 goals.

That's too bad for Florida. Today was likely their last chance to realistically stay alive in the playoff race. What a weird franchise. They took a great building season last year and changed everything, then fired a coach half way through the year.

Hockey news out of Florida this year has been as surprising and odd as.....news out of Florida.

So Crosby takes over the goals and points race, despite the games missed

Weird how Crosby usually plays better with weaker line mates than with better players. Guentzel and Sheary would be bottom 6 players on most teams.
