I got to level 13 with a laptop mouse pad with no troubles

my wrist hurts now though..

EDIT: Is there any strategy for 14, or just do it a million times hoping to randomly not hit a circle.

That was kinda my strategy. I spun in a circle to start so you can see them for a bit. Once I lost track of where they were I sprinted from corner to corner firing into the middle of the screen when I stopped. Just kinda luck to pass it.
