I have 2 travel certificates purchased from a charity auction.

Good for 2 flights. One way or Round Trip any where Delta Flys in Canada or the USA. Including Alaska and Hawaii. Main Cabin.

Looking to get back what I paid for them

I planned on using them to take my wife to Hawaii but now her friend has decided that her Bachelorette party is in Mexico.

We are already travelling to Ottawa in November and Chicago in March and then she goes to Portland in May and the mexico trip. We have 3 kids so I can't find a way to get another trip in for just her and I.

I didn't get a tax receipt. Just donated the money during a golf tournament.

I'm negotiable on the cost if anyone can use them to save some money on a nice trip.

I'm a long time cp member and have done lots of buy and sell on here.

You don't get a donation receipt if you receive an item...you should think before you try and be ignorant.

might be a deal for someone that has a flight costing more than 2k I guess

can't you fly anywhere in NA for under 1k pretty easy though? Maybe not during peak times

It's more complicated than that in a concept called split receipting. You technically can get a donation receipt if you receive an item or advantage, but it must be within very specific set of criteria.

If an advantage will exceed 80%, it is better to do two separate transactions for donation and purchasing of the advantage.
