Epstein docuseries was nightmare material. Suicide or murdered, it doesn't matter, too much was lost from him dying. Monster.

Great ensemble cast but my goodness, what a let down.
Just finished the first episode.

What is this show supposed to be? It appears to be a comedy, but there was exactly zero funny moments in episode 1.

Does this get better?

So I'm guessing I can skip Spaceforce then.

I'm like 4 episodes in on space force and I don't hate it. It's not one of the best shows I've ever seen but its mildly entertaining.

Greg Daniels shows always seem to stumble out of the gate and take awhile to get going. I hope there in enough there to keep it going for another season or two and see if they can get it right.

I agree. The first seasons of The Office and Parks and Rec aren't great but they worked it out and found the ensemble's strengths. Hopefully Space Force gets the chance to as well because I like the concept.

I've never been a big Carrel fan. Watching Space Force due to Malkovich, who does very well.

Netflix has just added the original 1990 TMNT movie (and it's sequel)...I may need to watch these to see how they hold up...

The first one is hilariously cheesy but I dig it. It’s kinda dark at parts too.

The 2nd one is plain bad. It has a cameo from Vanilla Ice. Perhaps the most 90s thing ever.

I re-watched the first one again a few years ago and was pretty impressed by how well it held up. Other than the "90's bad teenager hangout", but even that had a full size NARC machine, so not bad TMNT, not bad.

Outside of The Daily Show, 40 yo Virgin and The Office, pretty much everything with Carrell is crap. He can shine in the right situation, but cant elevate a project on his own.

Malkovich is brilliant.

I thought the first episode was sooooooo weak, 2nd one got better. The jokes are landing better once you get into the flow and learn the characters. But... disappointed overall.

No, it doesn't get better. It doesn't know what it is supposed to be. The science is horrible and there is no realism, but then it is not slapstick funny either. It is not funny, it is not thought-provoking, and the drama is weak/minimal.

You have to give her credit. She's shrewd, ruthless, and gets what she wants. I certainly wouldn't cross that woman.

In all fairness...I cannot imagine how, even in the context of a biased documentary, anyone could think she didnt have a genuine defamation lawsuit slam-dunk there.

Either way though isnt she just being awarded a parcel of desiccated and worthless land in Oklahoma?

Didnt that other con-artist abscond with all the animals, probably anything worth anything and a whole ton of some other dude's resources and money?

Wooo....land in rural Oklahoma...now she can retire to a life of luxury on her ill-gotten gains....

Granted, it achieves her prime objective....pissing off Joe Dirt.
