Pretty smart to burn your bridge with you first overall pick for a brief dalliance with Tugsy McGee.

Enjoy next season Browns fans, sounds like it should at least be interesting.

That isn't going to be good for Rodgers.

Can't see anything going wrong with trading your top two picks and handing out a massive 5-year deal to a WR who will turn 30 this year when you still have major OL questions. Foolproof move.

Offensive line can't be worse than last season. Carr compensates somewhat by getting the ball out quickly when he has to. It's a love/hate trade for me. Love that they finally got an elite WR but hate the cost and I don't like tying up that kind of money into a WR. Lots of Raiders fans were complaining all week that the rest of the division was making big moves to I hope they are happy now.
Has there ever been an offseason this crazy? I can't recall.

Ranked 28th last year by PFF. What have they done to improve it? And they just gave up two premium picks and cap space they could have used to improve it.

The removal of Tom Cable is a big improvement in itself as bad offensive lines are his specialty. Free agency just started and the draft is coming. I assume they will take a guard with their 3rd round pick.

still have money to sign an OL as well
Miller is a top LT, James improved as a center as season went on. Definitely need a guard.
The cable thing is big, they moved away from zone blocking last few weeks of the season and that's when Jacobs and OL had their best games
Adam's already has great chemistry with Carr
I dont think the money is an huge issue, the cap is gonna take big jumps the next few years with the tv deal coming
Needed an elite WR
Carr has been a top 8 guy whenever he has had great pass catching options
The crabtree/cooper duo, and the first half of this year before Ruggs incident

I kinda like this for the Packers? Tagging him got them two premium picks they wouldn't have gotten in a bidding war had they not tagged him. And this is (allegedly) one of the strongest, deepest WR draft classes ever, so with four picks in the first two rounds they could easily end up with two WRs who (combined) produce more than Adams, at far, far less of a cost. If nothing else this will finally be the draft they give Rodgers a first round WR.

Lockett is probably available, would be a good stopgap if the cost wasn't too high. Julio isn't reliable anymore, and can't imagine the cold would do him well injury wise.

The issue for the raiders taking a wideout this draft was after so many had great combines most of the talk has been all of the top level guys were gonna be gone by 22
Wilson, Olave, London all seem likely to go in the top 15, trey Burks is raw and didnt have a great combine but he might be gone as well
Dotson is more of a possession guy and we have that in Renfrow
I could see the packers taking Jameson William's. Hes probably not ready until after mid season, but packers would be fine with that, if he hasnt blown out his knee hes at worst the 2nd wr taken after wilson

Rodgers in that playoff game only threw it to Adams, so something has to be coming to improve his targets

Watson to reportedly take the "next few days" to make up his mind, decide after the weekend. So done with this dude, sign Famous Jameis and keep the picks
