I know this isn't exactly new, but I've been a fan of The Decemberists and somehow missed their album The King is Dead.

They really excel at making cohesive albums and this one is no exception. Really catchy opener in "Don't carry it all" (I can't find a good version on youtube).

Also Songza can't be beat for new music playlists. Still like listening to entire albums so rdio for that and Songza for cherry picking.
