I still don't get why this case, that was quickly dealt with weeks ago, made it to newspapers just now. Certainly there are worse offenders. Just reading through the AHS site, it looks like this isn't very uncommon.
Does somebody have a grudge against the place?
I tend to also agree that after a place has gone through this kind of public scrutiny is the best time to go. Less people, and more conscientious service and quality. That's assuming they care about their reputation.
