The fries remind me of the kind I used to make at the school cafeteria. They must make one batch for the entire week and just dip it back in the oil to get it hot because I don't think it is possible for fries to be more soggy.

No, that is tax evasion, not money laundering. The point of money laundering is to get the money in the bank.

i used to really like the fries there, and the last two times, i hated them - so lousy food + long line up ^ the clusterfata of parking and roadways around there = no more visits there......

as an aside, i can't beleive that it is possible to make a bad hamburger - but somehow they have managed to nail it

Wait, aren't you a frequent customer of Tim Horton's?

Haha. Somewhat reformed though for the summer months. I have no cup holder on my motorcycle, so I am a much rarer consumer these days.

This is exactly how I feel about 'Willys Old Fashioned Hamburgers' out in the NE almost 20 years ago.

The family would go for a drive on a random weekend and it'd be a nice time together.

It is probably because of Willys that has started a lifelong affair with lattice fries.

Have you been here:

If so is it the same awesomeness that was across the Willy's empire when I was younger?

Yeah count me in the "visit once a year for nostalgia" crowd. If I were gonna expand Peter's at all I'd put my eggs in the milkshake basket.

Peter's Burger/Fries in Red Deer? meh, there's better road trips tops in that town. But a Peter's Milkshake at the dome or on 17th ave, now we're talking.
