Something wrong with PM's?

PM's are acting all squirrely for me. Tried sending one earlier, and it won't let me saying that the "title and subject" need to be filled out. I was doing it the same way as always, odd.

Also, normally when you highlight someone's name in a thread a little drop down shows up "send PM, post visitor message" etc. That's gone as well.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like something is off.

Happened to me when I was banned, so you're probably in some kind of ban - purgatory.
