St Louis sends Garland and Tor 4th to LA for Folingo and Cheese.
Garland just hasn't gained traction and needs a change of scenary. Foligno has far better defense and forechecking stats which is better suited to the bottom 6.

Garland may catch on. Everyone in Arizona is a wild card because of the management, and Garland started on the first line last year, too! He rattled around and then settled on the second line at the end of the season, and I'd be happy with consistency in the real world. I already picked up Dvorak, who was on a similar trajectory, only a year ahead.
In sim terms, Garland is always going to be an accessory player because he is really small and DF/CH/ST is always going to be low. On the plus side, much of my team rates highly in those areas, so could be the perfect fit.
For Capt, Foligno is a solid stabilizing player. Around .35 pt/gm is good production from the bottom six, and a good DF player on each line seemed to help me a lot. Lots of this season left to play.

StL has sold Gio to Pittsburgh for Noah Juulsen, Emil Andrae and Radulov and a 2021 1st round pick (PHI)
This is a sell move, I probably won't resign Radulov. Juulsen is a gamble as a former first round pick, and Andrae is a decent prospect and a 1st is a first. Kulak gets a chance at bottom pairing minutes on the main roster.
