Is this unsafe? (electrical question)
I can move the desk but it would be a pain in the ass and not how I want my temporary office setup. I can also maybe move the electrical outlet, but that'd would also suck.
I'd be running the baseboard heater probably 5 hours a day.

The maximum acceptable temperature for wall outlets is 40 C, so it depends on the heater outlet temperature.
Also that thing on the left should be inside the box with a proper cover otherwise it's potentially a shock hazard.

Thats just a data cable. Ill put a little thermostat by the outlet and see what it gets up to down there.

That's just a low voltage data port. But looks awful
Baseboard heaters will throw off a pretty significant amount of heat. While I don't think it's wildly dangerous, it's certainly not a good idea either.
I'd be moving one or the other.

At least there won't be a body to bury due to vaporization.

I wonder if you get a refund on pre-paid cremations if there is nothing left of you?

The baseboard heater might be too close. There shouldn’t be any issue with the know of wires.
