My top 10 in no particular order, Murphy, Murray, Ferrell, Wiig, Lovitz, Carvey, Myers, Aykroyd, Hartman and Belushi. Coin flip between Belushi and Farley. John Belushi had some uneven performances but so many iconic characters.

Coin flip between Belushi and Farley? Are you high? Not even close.
My top 10 (in no particular order); Murphy, Belushi, Murray, Ferrell, Fallon, Meyers, Hartman, Hader, Wiig, Akroyd.
The first-ever SNL app, launched to coincide with the show's 40th anniversary, being celebrated with a three-hour special this Sunday, features more than 5,500 sketches from the show's 40-year history.
You can also use 60 show-inspired emojis like a cowbell (for when you have a fever), the "Dick in a Box" gift, a John Belushi samurai sword, a Spartan cheerleader sweater, Mary Katherine Gallagher, a Conehead and more.
The app is free for iPhones with iOS 8 or more recent editions, and while it still works on an iPhone 4S, it's optimized for iPhone 5 or later. It will soon be available on Android phones.
That's pretty low for Norm. I thought he brought a lot to the show even in the rare sketch.
Chris Rock and Chevy way too high but I understand it. My personal favorites are Hartman and Dana Carvey.
I would probably rank Eddie Murphy as #1 though because he pretty much carried the show as a teenager. So impressive
That ranking is pretty much junk after the top 20. I get that Norm Macdonald wasn't the greatest, but #135? Really? Pamela Stephenson at #51? Who the hell is Pamela Stephenson? Does anyone honestly remember her? Even if someone does, would they rank her ahead of Will Forte, Tracy Morgan, Horatio Sanz, Kevin Nealon, Nora Dunn, Joe Piscopo, Julia Sweeney, Harry Shearer, Aidy Bryant, Cheri Oteri, Chris Kattan, Bobby Moynihan or even Norm Macdonald?
Pamela Stephenson was great on Not the Nine O'Clock News, though I havent seen any SNL stuff.
Im only familiar with the late 90s-present SNL casts, but the list seems like a bit of a joke. Tina Fey and Jimmy Fallon were terrible on SNL but are rated high. Norm MacDonald created arguably the most famous recurring sketch (celebrity jeopardy) and he is almost last. This joke alone should put him in the top half.

Just me, but I thought the live audience was terrible, hurt the show. So many great people, so many castmates returning and sometimes there were just a few claps. I thought they'd go nuts.
Great seeing Eddie Murphy back. 30+ years??
Still loved a lot of it. And does Martin Short age?
edit: Yes, I know most of the audience was celebs, but still way too lame/quiet.

Just re-watched Miley cover Paul Simon to make sure I saw it right the first time, and as much as I hate to admit it, she knocked it way out of the park.
