GM Bagopucks cant believe his eyes when he read that some of the teams ahead of him in the standings are considering looking to next season. Riding high after his first win in CPHL with Capitals was ecstatic and he was telling media sources that they might make the playoffs.
Start the planning the parade.

The islanders GM is said to be seriously considering this idea.

After a flurry of angry trades, StL GM Crunch has cooled considerably on trade talks due to a recent two game winning streak. He also wants to see how Larkin's return in a week effects everything as the Blue's should be really strong down the middle.
However he is still open to some tinkering where he would listen for offers on Eric Haula who's currently in the dog house, and he's like to move Corey Perry's contract as he's curently the 13th forward.
I've also heard rumors that Crunch is a lot happier with his prospect base then he was when he took the job, but would still like to find a way to get a first round or 2nd round pick in this years draft.

The CPHL Trade Rumours and Speculation Thread
@CPHLEngels
It seems like something is cooking in Montreal and a deal is imminent with a Western team. It appears that the Habs may be getting a lump of Cole for Christmas. But Dom Holtz your breath as the GMs haven’t let de Cat out of the bag yet on the details.

Sounds like the Islanders are completing talks to bolster their Power play.

The Habs are heavily involved in talks with numerous teams. There may be a big deal for a top pairing D or top 6 forward completed within the next 24hrs. It is rumoured that if no deals get reached in that time frame than the team is willing to wait for star player Patrick Kane to return to reassess team needs.

Sounds like the Islanders may have given up on Hendrix Lapierre already.

GM Goffie has apparently held to his word that anyone could go....2 blockbuster deals down...another is said to be done with an elite C on the way. Look for a change on the blueline to follow...also looks like Debrincat is on the way out of town...

Things are not good in Montreal these days. Rumours are that the coach has 5 games to turn this around. If things are not looking good at that point we could see a full on rebuild in Montreal.
JVR, Price, Kane, Gallagher and all the D are in jeopardy of getting shipped out.
Word is the GM is extremely impatient and could make a move before the 5 game self imposed deadline.

Over the last couple of months, GMs have asked for a few players that are fan favorites that they would like on their teams. Los Angeles is considering the possibility of fulfilling these requests, but are working out whether it would still leave us competitive for this season.

GM Bagopucks decided to be a no show to all trade talks after the team didn't show up against the Panthers. It was a big game we didnt even score a goal. Hoping to beat Goffie tomorrow and push him into tilt.
