Offside review ... Nope. It's a good goal!

Not only would they never try to lose to pick their opponent, but the rankings they are playing for will apply for the entire playoffs - the winner will have home ice advantage, if they play each other later.

Also, it is their last game before the real playoffs start - both teams are trying to get into gear and build confidence.

Am I super biased in thinking both teams tomorrow would rather lose and play Vancouver?

Watch it be Allen vs Khudobin.

Those are two pretty darn good backups, tbh

Thats a pretty good result for calgary from my perspective... i think that means they can not face Colorado at all in the next two rounds now if i am not mistaken and for me they are the class of the west. Subjective opinion but I think vegas is an above average team that's been riding the enthusiasm in their building a fair bit. Their d corps is just ok and fleury is at the age where the bottom is gonna fall out soon.

Would definately rather dallas than St. Louis in the next round though binnington's initial hot streak seems to have faded a ton and Bishop occasionally has pretty crazy hotstreaks so not a strong leaning.

The Flyers-Lightning game should be a good one for the same reasons you posted. The loser gets to play the stinkin' Leafs/BJs and the winner plays the Habs.

Watching the early game and now the start of this one, and you can see these teams are real good.

Nic Aube-Kubel opens the scoring in the Flyers game with one hell of a tip.

Hedman hurt his ankle, falling awkwardly.

Edit: Walked down the tunnel and smashed his stick repeatedly against the metal railing.

Make it two for Aube-Kubel. Already a tremendous defensive player, seems to be adding an offensive element to his game

I'm impressed by Philly. I haven't watched them at all this year, but they're looking good.

Huge blow to Tampa if Hedman is out for a significant amount of time.

Philly looks good....Cawta Hawt (as Kevin Hayes calls him) is the real deal.

Reminded me of this scene in Die Hard.

Watching this game I have decided that the Flames will face off against the Philladelphia Flyers in the SCF.

It's going to be a hell of a series.

He's always had an offensive element to his game though.
