Default Found: Wii and/or Wii U
Edit: Found a Wii U. Thanks everyone for the messages.

My 13 year old son is into retro gaming (it pains me that Wii is considered retro to him) and is looking for a Wii and/or a Wii U console and a controller or two.

I've seen them on FB Marketplace but that place is a cesspool so I thought I'd check here first to see if anyone has either that's collecting dust they'd like to sell.

Not ready to let go of my Wii U yet but for retro I have a XBOX360 with Kinect, 3 Kinect games if you're interested?

don't have one for sale but buy a Wii U

Can do everything a Wii can plus has HDMI and can play the Wii U gems

I didn't realize Wii U was backwards compatible to Wii games. I'll keep an eye out for one of those.

EXCEPT you would need to buy a USB dongle if you want to use/play N64 controllers

Also for the love of god don't buy the Wii Mini

it is and looks way better...works with all the old Wii motes ect. too

Actually, I have a Wii, and Rock band with all the instruments. It's been sitting in a closet for a number of years. I'll pull it out this weekend and make sure it's still working.

If it's any consolation, my kid opened the Wii U for his birthday this morning and was over the moon. Haven't seen him since.

Sounds like a cool kid!
system is so under rated, I still use it all the time and I have a Switch/PS5/Series X
