It'll be funny, it's Jim Carrey. His knack for comedy is fairly tuned, even his worse comedies are better than most. Fun with Dick and Jane for example, still had some funny moments

So Carrey's gonna go back to something actually funny?
Enough with this Mr. Popper's Penguins ######. Been disappointed with his past decade worth of movies. The man has some great talents for comedy, yet has been wasting them on these unfunny family dramedies for a few years now. He could've done some great things over that time.. Hopefully this can bring back some laughs.

The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
I think the world has grown too cynical for Harry and Lloyd. It's hard to pull off the innocent stupidity act, especially when movie audiences have changed so much.
Movies like Naked Gun, Airplane, Top Secret, Spaceballs, Dumb and Dumber etc. were great for their time but audiences seem less willing to accept the "stupid hero" archetype.
I chuckled at a few spots in the trailer so hopefully they didn't use all the best jokes in this spot.
