Lee Perry, a giant in Jamaican music, producer of some of Bob Marley's best work and groundbreaking creator of dub music which is the parent of most of modern electronica passed away today at age 85, you may not have ever heard of him if you are not a reggae fan but he was as important to music as Ray Charles or Marvin Gaye in his field
