Yeah I used to do the same. Scan a couple periods and watch the 3rd after the kids are in bed or something like that. Since they moved over to the sportsnet app coupled with the flames being bad I just don't watch much any more as don't have any interest in getting cable, they've made the product harder to watch.

I've found NHLTV is more reliable but Mario is excellent for a free product.
