Default Preseason: Flames @ Jets. 6pm MT. calgaryflames.com stream

The only TV broadcast is TSN 3 but it is region locked to the Jets broadcast region.

Last night's Oilers vs Jets game had the same issue, but people were supposedly able to watch it on NHL Center Ice and Rogers Gamecenter without blackouts. NHL Center Ice is supposed to be on free preview right now for Shaw and Telus, but some people reported they couldn't get the free preview.

News Update

Flames just announced they will stream on calgaryflames.com with regional restrictions.

If none of those options work you might be limited to radio only or "alternate" methods of finding a stream.

per the Jets these are the projected rosters. Note the Flames have 13f and 8d listed so there are still some decisions to be made. Probably know more after the 10AM morning skate. The Jets are icing a roster with lots of their NHL regulars including their top line. Don't expect any players from the China games in tonight's or tomorrow's games.

Ah, those rare nights it pays to be a Flames fan in Saskatchewan. Living in the Flames/Oilers/Jets region.

Well, Will be a excellent test for Flames young guys. Jets rostering a pretty strong lineup there.

This china trip has been quite a damper on tge preseason from my perspective. Forget the travel implications, but once the main guys are finally back in games, half the preseason games are already done. For guys who are actually vying for spots ob the 'junior squad' it's hard to really gauge where they are at. Their preseason tilts have essentially been prospect camp equivalent games and then games like tonight aren't all that telling when a guy like dube is playing against full time nhlers but with all-kid linemates.

Anywho... Enough complaining, hope i can catch the game.

Yikes, after looking at the line ups for tonight I am actually glad the game isn't televised.

The cost to the league for having the games in China.

The fans in Winnipeg get to see the Jets play Stockton. I wonder if they are paying AHL ticket prices for this game?

The Jets are playing 11 players that will be in their opening line-up. The Flames are playing a line-up that is expected to play less than 40 NHL games this season for the whole line-up.

Teams would not hold a scrimmage with such lopsided teams.

On one hand, I don't blame the Jets for wanting to get more vets in the game after a few preseason games, but on the other, you think they could have played more vets last night against Edmonton and keep the black aces for tonight. I guess they wanted to keep the vets for the home game.

On one hand I think it will be a really good test for those players pushing. On the other hand I don't see how the Jets don't come out and just go through the motions.

We're gonna be tuned up. Wow!

This is a big boy test for the hopefuls. All eyes on Dube and Mangiapane, I think.

I will be more willing to join the Dube cult if he continues to be a stand out in this game.

Wow, those are lopsided rosters. They won't win, just want to see some of the same hustle and speed as we saw in Vancouver.

Yeah I don't mind this - a good test for our farm team players. You are playing an NHL lineup tonight, this is where you have to get to to play in the NHL.
