They're not really good at the twitters. Yesterday they thought Jeromy Farkas had initially declared that he was running for mayor before switching to councillor for ward 11.

Their Twitter profile description also states "Save Calgary from #YYCCC being reckless with taxpayer money, putting pet projects ahead of everyday families" but they're retweeting a bunch of people (including Cory Morgan) who seem to want the City to spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to subsidize a new arena for billionaires that absolutely will not benefit everyday families. Facepalm indeed.

Isn't it obvious? It's not even about taxpayers, it's about anti-Nenshi.

If Nenshi said he wanted to cut taxes 50% by next year, Save Calgary would say no to that because it's a Nenshi decision.

Make no bones about it, their motive isn't for taxpayers - it's for rebellion. And they suck miserably at it.

Are you saying they claimed he was running for mayor then switch or that Jeromy Farkas is the one that made the mistake?

A search term of @fermdq74 gets a lot of hits for this kind of cookie-cutter website design.

Notice on LinkedIn that President of Shane Homes (Shane Wenzel) is promoting Bill Smith for mayor. No surprise with lawsuit between Nenshi and his dad.

Good chance Shane Homes or the Wenzel's are donating to this website. I am ok with the website but would be good to know who's behind it and donating to it.

Side Note: Don't get me started on posting political views on a job/career website.

I can only imagine him stepping out into the sunlight, a thousand pasty arms swinging tiny Alberta flags, stepping up to the edge of the podium, smiling at the crowd, and starting to chant
