Default Faucet Help

My master bath has one of those old school style faucets that has a shower attachment that looks like a phone, and I've got a leak with it.

My daughter was playing with the shower/bath switch and seems to have cracked a piece of plastic inside the switch assembly.

Does anyone know what I should look for to replace it? The plastic piece seems to be the key thing here.

Pictures for reference in the spoiler.

Spoiler!

This has happened to me in the past, I brought the piece the plastic is in to home depot and they had fittings in the back that they just gave me. It was a newer faucet though

Do you know the brand or maker of the faucet?

If you can find that out and contact them, they may send you the part free of charge. Have been able to do that with a couple of Moen faucets.

Worst case scenario you should be able to take the broken pieces to a machining shop and get a piece made to fit.

Take the part and info to Benner Plumbing & Heating on Edmonton Trail if they can't get the part you're likely out of luck.
