Another huge break for Canada. 2 pretty good shots by Homan in the 10th.
The long road to the top 4 continues

Point differential doesn’t come into play at all in curling does it? Because that would have been a steal of 2 in the 10th, not of 1.

Looks like a faulty stone sensor in the Great Britain Sweden game, Muirhead clearly let go of the stone before the hog line

As far as I know, point differential wouldn't matter. A tie breaker is usually head to head record, or a tie breaker game.

And they didn’t let her rethrow it. Looked pretty clear that there was no violation.

That was one poorly played curling game by both teams.
Gritty effort to come back by Homan and company though, that's for sure.
never seen so many missed/bad shots at this level before.

Muirhead's team made the mistake of stopping the stone, they should have let the stone continue and then wait for a ruling. Re-throwing would be a bit unfair.

The chances of it making a difference wasn’t all that big, but then again, we just saw the Swiss miss the final draw against Canada.

Exactly, you can't say that the ruling cost Muirhead the game. I will say that a take out is easier than a draw under pressure especially considering there was another Swedish stone in the rings that would give them the win if they rolled out on the hit.

The Czechs with an empty netter to win 4-1. Hiller played great but it wasn't enough to help out the Canadians. The Czechs finish on top of Pool A but Canada is still in a good position to get a bye to the quarters.
Also, I am loving the hockey but this tournament is another example for why the North American ice size provides a more exciting game compared to the International size. On the big ice it is easy to keep players to the outside and turnovers happen far away from the goal. On the smaller ice play is forced closer to the middle and turnovers result in great scoring chances.
