If we win, we're over .500 for the first time this season.

It's from Flames twitter. COOP must sponsor the game day tweets.

In fact, all the images I post in the GDT are taken from Flames twitter. The one I posted last time was too.

I'm fully expecting the Canucks not to look as poorly as they did on Saturday. The Flames shouldn't change a thing though. That was a dominant game.

If 28-0-28 is a ,500 team, I'd take it in heart beat!

Go Flams!

I'll be curious to see who's in net for the Nucks. My guess is they will rotate for now, so Demko this time. For the Flames, I can't imagine that it won't be Markstrom again, especially since we don't play again until Sunday.

Hopefully the Flames can build off their game from last time. Lots of good signs so far, but still plenty of room for improvement.

Yeah I see Markstrom playing most games except for back to back or he struggles while Rittich is playing well. He's a work horse and I'm sure he wants to play his old team again.

You’re not gonna score that much on the PP every game. They need to be better 5 on 5. Saturday was great but isn’t a recipe for success every night.

Looks like JT Miller will be back in the lineup which is a big boost for them.

I still think we're the way deeper team with the better blueline and goaltending and Vancouver is really looking like a bottom of the division team.

But for a blatant stick breaking slash, Gio had a 5vs5 goal.
I hope and expect another dominant victory for the Flames.

Maybe second last in the division.

Does not compute. We currently have 3 out of a possible 4 points.

They are just a major injury away from being in the bottom. If one of Pettersson, Hughes, or even one of Demko/Holtby are out for an extended period of time, I have a hard time seeing them making the playoffs. They were the one “overachieving” team of last season, there’s always one.

They need to generate more five on five for sure ...

The Flames are 28th in hdcf/50 at just 5.7, that's terrible.

Against they're in pretty good shape though at 8th spot with 7.0/60

Too much perimeter play to start the season five on five, they need to get pucks to the net, but leave the game plan alone defensively

Agreed. Three games in four nights to start the season probably had their legs a little wobbly. At the same time, the Flames game will probably be better but they should be prepared for an improved game from the Canucks.

I recall Gio mentioned in a recent preseason interview having to play the same teams meant they would have to change things up a bit,
