What was the website with cheap software?

Awhile ago, somebody posted in the Tech Talk forum a website with really cheap software, it might have been keys and download only but they were legitimate as far as I can remember and much cheaper than retail and OEM (but not ridiculous as to be fake).

I've tried to search but I can't seem to find it right now. Does anybody remember what I am talking about? Looking to purchase a few legitimate copies of Windows 7 Professional from that site. I remember I was looking at Office and Windows Server as well on that site a few months ago.

I bought 2 copies from them and had no problems, a friend tried and got shafted.

Wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Hmm, it worked for you twice, what happened with your friend? They never sent him a key or it didn't work?

Since they take VISA, I could do a VISA chargeback if I get nothing so it's worth a shot maybe?

They never sent him a key, and never responded to emails etc. He had to do a charge back.

TUCOWS! Great site I never used anymore, it was far more useful for me back before search engines were any good. To give you an idea how old this site is, the sites name came from a play on "winsock". Ah the good old days of winsock.
