Could they get Loubo to do it? But only with the enthusiasm of when he did the Candy Profiles for Boomer during covid.

Was reading this in the car as I was waiting for the kid's school bus to arrive. Thanks so much for the chapter on the late 80's Flames draft picks! I had wondered for years about some of those guys, first rounders who just never amounted to anything (Chris Biotti in particular). It was great to read about the actual reasons where it went sideways for so many of them.

Loved that you got in quotes from Cliff Fletcher - sounds as smart as a tack to this day.

Excited to read this-even if the later 80s started to unravel a little I would argue that adjusted for draft position the flames draft haul in the 80s is one of the greatest of all time

Hull Macinnis Makarov Nieuwendyk Vernon - 5 HOFers
Roberts Suter Loob Fleury
Quinn Bradley Ranheim Hrdina Reichel ….

LOL!

Reminds me of my strange side project of writing a nature/mountain biking centric haiku book, published in December: At one point Amazon had me alongside Megan Fox's (yes, that Megan Fox) book of poetry under the "Hot New Poetry" section...

Pike: curious as to which platform do you benefit the most (ie most profit per purchase)

Right now, Pike's book:
