If I'm not mistaken, she only rides Drogon and has never been on the other 2
I think it was Viseron (sp) as she says it's name while she was flying on it and it wasn't drogon. Which for me added tension that that Dragon could have died.

Do you mean when she says drahkaris? That's just her command to roast things.

Besides that her three Dragons have always had distinct colours. Drogon is the black one, Viserion yellow, Rhaegal green, though they all have red mixed in.
Besides that Drogon is the only one she's ever rode. He's the biggest and baddest and it would have been weird for her not to take him into her first major battle.

not only are the dragons as big as 747s, they are about as maneuverable as one it seems. it took Dany a day and a half just to turn Drogon's big ass around for her dive bomb on the scorpion. Bronn had enough time to load another bolt, wind it up, aim it and spit a bunch of taunts. this is assuming that it's not just Dany being an inexperienced/mediocre pilot.
if she had brought all 3 dragons, they would not have needed to waste a single dothraki rider. there would always be minimum one of them doing a strafe and covering for the others while they loop back up for another run.
The rowing jokes are funny but I always assumed he made it back to the mainland safely and is living out his days as a smith or something.
He could still have a future in the show, but just in case we never see him again, I wouldn't think much of it.
Unless he messed up his directions and accidentally rowed to Old Valeria and is now one of the stone men.
More speculation than anything:
Spoiler!
Word is he makes an appearance this season. He was at the premiere and said as much. As a blacksmith, i would imagine it would be something to do with that - more fan service than plot serving.

Maybe he'll end up making the dragon glass weapons for Jon

she also inadvertently caused the size difference too as she chains the other two up while Drogon was left free to feed and complete his growth. Viserion and Rheagal we're pretty much sttunted by choice.
It would be appropriate that Ellaria would kill Cersei. Myrcella was poisoned and so was Ellarias daughter. Cersei is gloating with her victory over Ellaria, much like Oberyn did over the mountain. This show always seems to come back in full circle.
Which is what will happen when Jaime kills the Mad Queen just like he killed the Mad King.
Instead of surrendering to the dragons' fire, Cersei will instead say something a kin to "burn them all" (something like "let us burn") and Jaime will lose it.
Re-watching the episode: when Bran asks Little Finger who owned the dagger and Little Finger says he doesn't know. But in season 1 didn't he tell Katlyin Stark it belonged to Tyrion which led to her capturing Tyrion and setting off the war?
Perhaps the Stark children will figure out the dagger belonged to Little Finger and he sent the assassin after Bran.

But wasn't there discussion about Littlefinger losing the knife in a bet to Tyrion? I thought we later learned that it was Joffrey who sent the assassin.

I dont think Joffrey was even King at the time, Robert was still around.
I miss Robert, that fat drunken bastard. What a character.

Actually I could see them both dying together by Dragon Fire. It would be poetic.

Littlefinger said he lost the knife in a bet with Tyrion where Tyrion bet against Jamie Lannister. Tyrion defends himself saying it's not true, he would never bet against his own brother.
The theory of it being Joffrey is from the books as apparently it's heavily implied he did it to impress his father, Robert Baratheon at the time. (I haven't read the books)
The TV show has never implied this, all signs point to Littlefinger as I think there was also instructions to ensure that Lady Stark wasn't present when the assassination took place.

I thought Tyrion had the discussion with Cersei on the tv show where he figured out it was Joffrey who did it. Perhaps I'm thinking of a different time when Joffery acted without Cersei's knowledge?
Is this not it? Are they talking about something else? This is S2 Ep 2.
EDIT: Oh wait, I'm wrong. That discussion is about the murder of Robert's bastards.
