So dumb that they can't create a single list like everyone else does.
Their list is useless for that reason.
It's unreal. They expect me to look at other lists and by way of comparison compile my own overall ranking determination? You've done the work, now do the work for me! I can't.

Dissentowner is right- if Parekh can fullfill his potential, we're talking about a player who will one day lead the league in scoring by D. If you look at some draft year numbers:
Makar had 1.39 ppg in the AJHL.
Parekh has 1.45 ppg in the OHL.
Buium has 1.19 ppg in the NCAA.
The OHL is a higher level of hockey than the AJHL.
If the Flames were to pick Parekh, I would be happy because I trust the scouts. I just have reservations about how his overall game will translate, and the way he tries to do too much by himself. I also have questions about his attitude.
Buium could also be among the league leaders in points one day by D, don't discount how good he's been against men in his draft year.
Many are saying Parekh will never log big minutes or play against top opposition unless his game undergoes a big transition. For me that is not a swing you make with a top 10 pick.
Buium and Yakemchuck would be far better options (if available) if the Flames are set on taking a D.

Or spin, whichever slant you want place on it as you read it.
I now get why you seem to fight with so many people on here
Including carrying over fights from other threads into different topics
That’s always a top notch move

I know when I have conversations with people, I completely reset back to first meeting them when the topic changes. Don't you?

Who is this many? After reading all kinds of scouting reports this is the first time I have heard anyone say that. I have heard scouts say he is not physical nor will ever have a shut down game but those scouts also say his defensive game is average and getting better.

After watching this Sandman, perhaps your stance on his “attitude” might change.
I know mine did and he’s firmly planted himself as my personal #1 d target as he could change this franchise. Not only because his numbers are insane and held records in the OHL for rookie scoring as a dman, but he doesn’t have that “U.S” factor sitting over his head like Buium.
Thanks Royle, that was touching. I’m trying to keep an open mind- there’s no denying his talent.

It seems common that junior aged players need to work on their defensive game, especially ones that provide a lot of offense. This is kind of where the scout really need to dial it in and make an educated decision on the player's coachability and attitude to predict whether they will improve. When I see a player with gaudy offensive number and the knock on them is their defensive play, it doesn't set off crazy alarm bells.
I have seen the scouting reports for Parekh that say he is very one-dimensional at this point, but there are things about his character that suggests he is also a dedicated and hard worker.

I have a #19 jersey that needs a new name plate
