Vegas can get to 105 points if they win out. Flames need to go 4-4-1 to guarantee home ice advantage in the first round.

Division/conference 8
This is complicated. 3 points up on the Sharks, even games played. Sharks can can get to 112 points, so the Flames need to go 8-1 or 7-0-2 to guarantee home ice throughout the West Playoffs.

Remaining Sched:
9 games
5 home 4 road
1 playoff lock (Sharks)
1 on the bubble (Stars)
6 division rivals with tiny to no chance who want to see the Flames fail

Flames clinch with 1 point or 1 loss of Minnesota (any type) or 1 loss of Arizona (non-OT, not the Wild game).

Weak schedule between now and the Sharks game... a 4-1-1 record leading up to that game should put the Flames in a great position to win the division.

Win the conference and not to play against the Flower. Or if Flower gets injured and out for awhile then we want to play against Subban. Almost like the draft lottery.

It’s simpler than that. Win (in reg or OT) all games except for one. As long as that one game isn’t against Sam Jose, we win the conference and division.

The only magic number left for the Flames is 1.5 to clinch 2nd place overall.
