It’s been over 10 years and feels like it’s been even longer IMO.
Excited for him though and nice to see somebody new get a shot instead of the usual re-hire.

Trust the gut and have a rock solid contract lawyer at your side and one of the best bean counters on the other. Congrats to Grier. Always like him as a player. Earned every inch of ice he got.

Brothers as GM's in a professional sport is one thing but to be GM's in different professional leagues is impressive.

Good on him but, oooof, not an easy first GM gig. $34.5M tied up in 4 players over 30 and the shortest contract from that group is Burns and he's got three more years. It's yucky.
