I thought the best part of Justice League was when they were all fighting Superman, which was obviously a Whedon shot scene. My expectations for Snyder cut are extremely low.

This thing is completely indicative of everything that is wrong with DC.
The whole series is hap-hazard, ill thought out, they don't show care and respect for the source material.
Trying to recut a 4 year old movie because nobody can agree on a vision for this franchise isn't going to make anything less controversial and more beloved, it doesn't really matter if it's an improvement or not, it's exactly the rehabilitation this franchise doesn't need.

I actually hadn't thought really hard about Justice League in a while. We only really remember the set pieces, but think about the weird Russian family subplot for just a second... when they fought off the alien invasion for a solid day with a stick, from their mud hut. Would the Snyder Cut be better without that subplot altogether, or if the movie was primarily from their point of view?

Its funny, but with the exception of Batwoman, which I quit watching because it was terrible and boring. DC TV offerings, Gotham, Pennyworth, Harley Quinn and a lot of the cartoon offerings are really solid.

Even Green Arrow and Flash started great but lost their way. Titans is a lot of fun. The first season of Doom Patrol was good. For some reason I couldn't get into the second.
I was surprised how good Swamp Thing was. Too bad it was cancelled before the first season was done airing with the WB shuffle.

Kind of getting sick of the Joker. Ledger did a great job, I haven't seen the new movie yet but apparently so did Phoenix. Leto was horrible IMO last time around, can't see me liking anything he tries to do in this movie.
They should have just left him out..
On the flip side I watched The Little Things and while the movie itself was bad, Leto was amazing in his role. I generally like the guy as an actor, but his take on the Joker is not good.

Revisions are the new sequel, how to get everyone to pay for the same movie over and over.

If it works for Blade Runner Ultimate Final Cut For Sure This Time discussions, I see no reason why It can't work across the board.

Huh. Well that is an interesting take on it.. never thought about it that way.
I still think it is to little to late, but prove me wrong Leto!
Having super low expectations and being less than moderately excited for the Snyder cut could end up making it more enjoyable. So I will continue to not get hyped.
Also spoilers are out there for where Joker fits into the Snyder cut.. from Snyder himself lol, seems like it could be cool. Might be slightly disappointed if people expect a big part though.

New details about a 5th Predator movie came out today. It takes place in the past in North America before Europeans came. It will follow a 15 year old Comanche girl and her 18 year old brother battling a Predator. Sounds cool and something different from the other ones in the franchise. Honestly I really enjoyed all the Predator films except the new one which is terrible.

They need to do a Predator in the past that ends up battling a key historical figure.
Hey maybe something like Predator versus Abe Lincoln
Or Predator vs Stalin.

Predator vs a Viking or a Roman Gladiator would be amazing

It's hard to get drummed up for anything predator these days. But a historical take is intriguing. It would be pretty off the wall if they did a biblical take on Predator. Like David vs Goliath or Nebuchadnezzar, the true story being morphed into the bible version we know today
But that won't happen because people would lose it before the first day of shooting began

I’m all in for Passion of the Christ 2 where it turns out he’s actually predator and lays waste to the romans after he leaves the cave.

How could they screw something like that up right. An ultra high tech hunting species of advanced aliens with Stealth and a strong desire to rip out spines for trophies. Versus an instinctual killing machine with acid for blood. I mean it would be like making a show about giant robots vs humongous alien monsters, its impossible to mess that up right?
