I don't use wands normally. You can't change single pieces of wand outfits.

I like being able to switch easily, but yeah they're kind of needlessly annoying, why have the entirely different idea of a "transformation" so you look different and change your clothes so you look different. Just have the wand be a backpack with different slots that hold different groups of clothes that switches between them.

Alternatively have the clothing interface let you create outfits like you do on the wand but save an unlimited number of them.

Oh and let me select more than one thing of each type in the shop!!!

I learned that your first two villagers get houses with basic furniture, and the next few (3 I think) get furniture from your pool, and after that they finally get their own style house interiors. So I'm probably going to replace all my villagers just to get nicer house interiors.

I found Kyle who is popular but I don't really like him much, not sure why. And I just found Julia who I really wanted so happy about that.

The shop is the worst. Having to go in the dressing room six times to get six shirts is dumb. At least they ship it to your house. Timmy and Tommy could learn from that.

You're right about the houses. My first villager was Ursula and her house sucks. I tried giving her better furniture but she just replaces whatever's in the one corner. She's my favourite so I don't want her to leave though.

I have Octavian on my island. He probably has the wildest house.

I've decided to let villagers leave if they ask even if I don't want them to. There are over 300 of them and this is my first AC game so I'd like to see who's out there. I just got Sly, the gator decked out in camo. I'm going to put barbed wire fence around his yard to suit his style.

It's weird that objects like fridges and safes can be used to change clothes. Wouldn't it be better if you could put stuff like turnips and recipes in them for safe keeping?

Turnip storage (or lack thereof) drives me insane. Once I get the 5 star rating I'm just making an outside storage area.

I have two villagers I'm guaranteed keeping. Jacques just kills me so he can't leave. Can't write anything remotely close to a swear but he can say 'zut alors'. I'm keeping Prince too, for now at least, although he asked to leave today.

I got my NFC chips so I'm going to try that this week.

I'm thinking Roald, Eugene, and maybe a wolf to start. I like stitches but my GF has him already.

The gorilla and chicken can GTFO.

First time buying turnips on Sunday for $100 and looking to sell, but price has been sub-$50. How do I get to your island to sell or do people usually chance it for when the price goes to $500 or something?

There's a way to map prices to see what to expect. I use Turnip Prophet.

There's a number of patterns with multiple variations of each pattern. The only one that gives you 500+ is a large spike. The GF has a large spike this week but it's capping at 354. It'll drop after that.

Head to your airport, fly to another island using a dodo code.

Hunting scorpions got much easier once I figured out they don’t attack unless you’re holding a net. Flick was on my island too so I had a profitable evening on a bamboo island.

Did you try the NFC chips yet? I just got Eugene and Carmen. Going to get Flora next. It's pretty slick for all of $15, considering people are charging that per card some places. Only caveat s that it'll take you 3 days per villager.

I'm keeping three of my early villagers (Jacques and Prince, and Tucker who came from the void after leaving my GF's island), and I'll probably let the others go if they ask and keep those as a revolving spot (once I get the portraits of them).

I haven't tried it yet, I started playing RDR2 so AC is mostly just doing my daily stuff and breeding flowers to get the few that I don't have yet.

Starting to get frustrated with the fossils, I wish they'd put in a pity timer so if you go a week without finding a fossil you don't have yet it'll give it to you.

They should have pity timers on the island visitors too, I don't need any more flowers thanks but I can't even remember the last time I saw Chip or Flick, I have models I want to make!

I've got quite a few now, roses are one of my native flowers and I got a ton of oranges on an island trip once, I didn't even know that they could be used to breed blues when I did but when I did I put em together and got one the next day! Which was pretty lucky as the second was a cloned one before I got more.

I'll have to get my online access setup and figure out my ID and stuff but when I do I can send/give you a few.
