Default Mobile Hot Spots - For internet outage backup

Hey all, just trying to figure out what the best route is regarding a mobile hotspot in Canada. Mainly just looking for something to rely on for backup if our home wire connection goes out. Run a small business and there are some online presentations that would be destroyed if internet ever goes out and we have nothing to rely on as a back up.

So with that said soothing pay as you go or prepaid would be best if that exists. I have been doing some searching myself but wanted to see if any more tech savvy people have a better idea than me.

Thanks for any advice you may have.
