The Shaw internet commercial on the radio that ends with the announcer's voice cutting out, which I guess is what you would get if you used any other ISP except for Shaw's unparalleled broadband service.

So annoying and so frequent. It came on today so I switched stations immediately and then heard it within 30 seconds on the new station. Frig off Shaw.

It's not so much a can't stand it as a case of being creeped right out by it. The Trivago commercial where dude is swaggering toward me out of the TV screen, with his shirt unbuttoned just a little too far, three-day salt&pepper stubble, low slung, beltless jeans ready to slide off his hips and a greasy, earnest come on/bedroom voice thing going on.

Ew. Just stop right there buddy, button up that shirt, pull up those pants and get AWAY from me.

I can't think about fluffy robes and room service with him on the screen. All I can think about is settling my car-keys inbetween my fingers and get ready to deliver a series of blows to eyes throat and groin.

A SWAT team storms into a couple's bedroom in the middle of the night with guns drawn. The house used to be owned by a drug dealer or something and they made the mistake of not using a realtor.

While you're naked and in your bed where you feel the most safe, masked men point loaded rifles at you and your wife. How dramatic and over the top.

It must be getting easier for people to educate themselves and use alternate sources to list & buy property because if you're attempting to intimidate and frighten customers into securing your services then you're in trouble.

I think the guy looks like Brad Pitt would in about 15 years if he let himself go a bit, and the Brad Pitt look alike is what they're looking for as a hook.

Plus, isn't Trivago Euro-based? The commercials they had previously had screen shots with Vancouver, and Toronto and Vegas hotels. However, the pics, especially Vegas, had pics that certainly weren't from that city. Delta Suites in Vancouver or the Royal York in Toronto....I haven't been to Vegas in about 8 months but I don't think they've constructed a massive lake/ocean within view of the Trump, like the pics on that commercial show.

Any Euro converted commercial seems awkward and not well produced, thus, they put old Brad Pitt instead of just a voiceover, and call it a day.....recall previous Gillette commercials and then some clean products, that were clearly Euro commercials with english voices dubbed over.

I am sure those lawyer commercials for mesothelioma have been mentioned before, but those and the "if you get injured in a car, call Mattar" ones are grating.
