Don't really care who starts in net , but whoever it is .......please no soft goals.
I'm not saying goaltending is the reason we are losing, but this team needs a goaltender to step up and post a 1 GAA for the next 3-5 games, while the rest of the team figures out what to do.

Kind of sucks that the Senators have lost 4 in a row as the Flames seem to be the tonic for struggling players, first goals, milestone goals, teams first wins, etc. Who's in a scoring slump for the Senators?

Both my wife and my brother are Sens fans so this game is extra important to me tonight. I hope the Flames dominate tonight, they're due for a game like that!

Expecting another 4-1 loss. Hartley fired the next day or a major trade happens.

No worries, at least it wasn't started by a Panthers fan!

Just getting ready to drive to Ottawa with my girlfriend for the game. Last year we watched one of the most exciting games I've seen live before. Hoping this one is a little less stressful and involves 2 pts rather than one. Our seats are along the glass in the sens end...it'd be nice to have the play there for the two periods the flames are shooting that way. GFG

7-1 Ottawa. Gaudreau gets an assist to stay above a point per game.

this game is a potential stanly cup final matchup - so far the flames have had two otehr such games on this roadie and they have failed to step up and handle the challenge......
Ottawa Redblacks 9 local heros - 3.
On the brightside Stajan gts a hattie

Poop. If Neil is in, Bollig is in.
Not a popular opinion, but the Flames could use Mason Raymond in their line up rather than Bollig.
Of course I could be wrong and Bollig may not play given his poor game against the Islanders but we'll see.

I look forward to the day when the lineup choice isn't Bollig or Raymond...it's neither.

I feel like we are finally going to break out and get that win tonight. There have been some good things over the last couple of games and I feel like tonight will be one where we finally get some solid puck luck to go our way.
Wondering if Hartley will put Gaudreau-Backlund-Frolik together again. They had a shift in the 3rd period of last game where they just poured it on in the Isles zone. Was probably the best Flames shift of the entire night. It was obviously more the result of Hartley being fed up and throwing the lines into the blender, Monahan was with Colborne and Hudler found himself with Grant as his center, but it was a great shift indeed.
4-2 Flames.
Backlund, Gaudreau, Hamilton, Wideman.
GO FLAMES GO!

4 more games or 6 more days before the expiry of Raymond's waiver exemption.
