Default April 17 with four games.

The final Wednesday Night Hockey OOT has no games where playoff
positioning still has to be sorted out. The Coyotes final home game should
be interesting with a white out planned.

Would love to see Matthews stall at 69.

Edit: That might be read differently than intended...

Stop scoring goals, Kucherov. You already have twice as many as McDavid.

Just get the darn assist.

I bet he doesn't know... nor care that he has 99 assists

Two cups and 99 assists>zero cups, 100 assists, and eight foot tall ceilings.

I actually saw someone on line say there should be an award for most assists (like the Richard for goals)…. And it should be called the McDavid.

Gross. And like there haven’t been 13 better seasons (mostly Gretzky).

Also, assists can sometimes be subjective, so you can imagine an Edmonton scorekeeper passing second assists.

Kucherov with his 100th assist. A lovely fake shot, pass to Point.

Sometimes, I wonder, what if the Flames actually picked Kucherov in that draft as they had wanted to, and still got Johnny and the other picks... I guess the likely scenario may have seen Kucherov also leave at some point, but those years with him as a Flame, playing with Johnny, Monahan or Chucky would've been amazing!

Why do some people not want Matthews to get 70? He's not unlikeable like a guy like McDavid is, doesn't whine constantly and quietly goes about his business.

I live in Toronto and hate the Leafs. Do I need another reason?

Agreed.

All the talk is about 100 assists but he has 44 goals too.

Only 2 other guys have ever had 40 goals and 100 assists in a season and their names are Lemieux and Gretzky.

Any time you do something that's only been done by those two you deserve the Hart Trophy.

Based on the celebration, of course he knew. And why wouldn't he? It's an incredible accomplishment.

And he’s over 50 points more than second on his team. It’s been an unreal season for him. As much as I’d like Mackinnon to win one this is Kuch’s in my opinion. Guys carrying his team.
