Funny story by Francis last night about how they ran into eachother shoulder to shoulder, looked at each other and found out they were both OK. You need that first hit.

4th liner and top 6 winger coming back. Almost in the knick of time.

Hopefully Rooney can regain his form from the 2022-2023 season. It has left a void that cannot be filled. Easily some of Treliving's best work as Flame's GM.

Rooney is probably a great guy and seems like a good professional, but I never understood why Treliving was in such a hurry to sign him and for the amount that he did. I can't help but think he was thinking of someone else when he signed him.

Probably the kind of player you need for a deep run in the playoffs. Hopefully, Treliving hasn't forgotten that.

The Wranglers got shut out 3-0 that game, so no points to report, but here's what Pike had to say about Pelletier.

I'm cautiously optimistic we'll see him with the big club sooner than later.

Met Rooney at a bar a while back near my place, nice guy, same first name lol. Also met Pelts, the Wranglers were out on a Sunday. Glad to hear they’re back!

Great article about Pelts and Snowy. I've always loved Pelts, but this article just makes me love him even more. I can't wait for him to get back.

After reading that article, I kind of want Cohen to grow up into hockey management. Like, I hope that the Snow's are a permanent part of the Flames as long as they want to be.

Flames GM Cohen Snow has a nice ring to it.

I also think Captain Jakob Pelletier has a nice ring to it.

Love Pelletier even more now. At first I was going to reference an interview earlier that I thought was with Pelletier and then remembered it was actually an interview with Matthew Phillips out in Washington where unprompted, the first thing Phillips said was to wish the Snow family the very best and his thoughts are with them with the passing of Chris. Another good human.
