Up to 28 total medals now.

11 golds passes Sochi (and Los Angeles '84) for Canada's second most gold medals at any Olympics, behind 14 in Vancouver.

It's not.
Looking at the golds really shows just how much hockey and 4-person curling let us down. Sweep those and it's a new record at 15 (thanks, mixed doubles). Add in bobsleigh (where we got a gold, but suffered equipment issues) and there's a margin of error.

Ummmm... did anyone see the interview with Chris Springs? Alluding to a conspiracy, I think? Wow. That was one awkward interview.

Ya, I'm trying to find it online but that was really bizarre.

Thank you, couldn't believe that it seemingly isn't on Twitter or anything.

Sounds like sour grapes to me. His teammates looked mortified. But he kind of saved himself at the end saying maybe he’s wrong. Seems cut and dried to me. Timer is the timer. Tough to manipulate when it’d be easy to independently verify with reasonable accuracy.

It does sound like sour grapes, but his teammates didn't look mortified to me. I think that they looked like this was a topic they've discussed before, and were maybe a little surprised that he said it, but maybe it needed to be said. That doesn't mean it's not sour grapes though, and it makes them look like sore losers if there isn't anything to the claim.

Woah, Jasey Jay Anderson was pissed right off at the lack of upkeep on the hill.

Well I wonder if it’s poor equipment as he’s just trying to avoid saying exactly what he’s getting? Not sure what his teammates looked like. Embarrassed or just as upset.

In the clip I saw, he mentioned BS, he eventually appeared to have blamed ‘the track’. I don’t get it if it is the physical track as they all sled down the same track.

Unless it’s like a Jasey Jay complaint and they have different runners for different track conditions.
