TiCats are imploding with undiscipline penalties. One of the roughing the passer penalty was pretty weak and shouldn't even have a penalty. Kevin Glenn slid very late and #1 didn't even touch him.

They needed to score after that kill shot by the Hamilton DB. He'll be fined for sure

Thank the referees for that Saskatchewan TD. Two phantom costly penalties helped them moved the yardages. Of course bad and undiscipline Hamilton was partly to blame too.

I wasn't sure that was a penalty. He hit him with his shoulder. Roosevelt was just in ackward position because of Kevin Glenn's bad throw.

The onus is on the DB not to kill the receiver when they are exposed and defenceless.

Is this Hamilton defense ever gonna stop bailing Riders' offense with dumb penalties? They got lucky that the referee did not see that guy making contact on Kevin Glenn after he threw the ball. Idiots!!

I thought that Jones was going to be the first coach fired, but Austin might be him to it, ZC has completely regressed I thought a couple of years ago that he was going to be up there with BLM battling to be the best QB in the CFL. Instead he looks completely lost and has no confidence.

Brutal start to the season; it took a long time to get that first offensive TD. Defense looking pretty shaky, too, with the new faces in there. Darn it, I really wanted the Riders to keep the "New Mosaic Stadium" futility streak alive.

It certainly doesn't help matters when the Ti-Cats don't have a running game and ZC is running for his life every time he drops back to pass. That ACL/knee injury he suffered a while back has definitely taken a toll on his confidence as well.

Really happy to see Victor Butler explode out of the gates like this and help rejuvenate his career. A few years ago my Saints signed him after a breakout year in Dallas, it looked like it had the potential to be a sneaky good signing. But he hurt himself in spring OTA's and over two years never once suited up for the team, got released and washed out of the league. Was a sad story.
I wonder how much seeing a guy like Cameron Wake revitalizing his career in Canada encouraged Butler to make the move, that'd be cool to see more high quality NFL edge rushers like Wake & Butler to try the CFL as a way of getting their careers back on track.

Look for the Ti-Cats to experience the "Wideman effect" as long as Hill is on the roster.
