Flames at Stars 5:00pm MT NHLN TVAS SN and Fan 960
Here we go on a mini road trip of two games. The last three games have been decidedly underwhelming. Great first periods followed up by horrific seconds and mediocre thirds. Time for this team to get back to playing the right way and push for a full 60. Mayhap a quick road stint will help the team get back to basics.

I just noticed tomorrows starting time.
When is the last time the Flames played a weekday game that started at 3 in the afternoon? Ever?
Actually just realized that the Vikings/Packers game goes at 6:15 which explains it. The power of the NFL strikes again!

Time for the Flames to make things right. Get back winning and or ar least solid efforts?
We cant just have the usual effort by 2 or 3 guys who deflate when they see the team with no heart.
I hate the Stars and always have ....let's get a win fellas and put in the effort.
Dube with a hatrick....Ward no challenges......excellent special teams ....2 shorthanded goals

They've been playing a Monday afternoon home game on Family Day for the last few seasons (and will again this year).
They've also had the occasional afternoon game the day after US Thanksgiving if they happen to be on the road in the States that day (last season, they played in Vegas on Black Friday with a 3:00pm local start time). Like Black Friday, tomorrow isn't officially a holiday, but there are probably enough people who have the day off, that it might as well be.

Dube, Kylington and Frolik scratches make sense to anyone? Or just shaking up the movable pieces?
Excited to see what Ward gets going after giving up the win last game. You know they all felt that was a W they let get away, and this is a team with the leadership and talent to make a statement today - hopefully they do

Dont much like the sitting of Kyligton, but 1st year pro in a rotation. Can't cry every time he sits.
Dont really care about the Frolik scratch. Janko in for Dube though? That's a size should matter thing but Fube 0lays a big man's game and Janko plays a small man's game. So wards logic is flawed there.
