Punting when you have a potential 45 yard FG to go up by 2 scores is a pretty big factor.

I didn’t like Hamilton settling for the FG attempt in 2nd OT either. Going for it the is a 80% play. Then you have 2 chances inside the 5 to score a TD.

I know I'm weighing in late, but I thought that overturned call on the 2-point conversion was interesting. From the camera angle, yeah, it looks like maybe his foot was in. But it was a tough call, at least on my screen his toe was in the fuzzy pixels between white and green. And the camera angle wasn't perfect. But let's say that according to the TV, he was in bounds.

Now realize that there was one official who had positioned himself absolutely perfectly to make the call. I would actually argue that in that situation, he's the more reliable call (because the camera angle wasn't perfect, and it was so close). If that guy had his eyes on the line, I'd trust him 100% of the time.

So the interesting thing here is that the CFL decided to go with what it looks like on TV. It's almost as if that's what matters now. Is he in bounds on a TV screen? Well, that's what all the fans see, so better call it that way. Don't worry about what the the ref saw.

I don't even know if that's wrong or not, it's just interesting.

Darian Durant hints at possible comeback this season...Winnipeg still has his rights I believe.

“I am still property of the Blue Bombers. I won’t technically become a free agent until February when the rest of the guys who have signed contracts for this year when that’s up, so right now I belong to them. There are some ways around it and I’m thinking about visiting those ways,” Durant said.

I'm sure teams are kicking his doors down. Really on what team would he be an upgrade on their current starter?

I guess playing the fools and dancing on the opponents’ logo might not have been a good idea especially when you aren't a .500 club.

I guess that's why they call Hamilton 'The Hammer' because BC was definitely the nail today - 40-10 final

Eskimos in danger of being shutout in the 1st half at home. That's a shame.

Edit: A Sean Whyte FG as time expires gets the Eskies on the board. Winnipeg up 17-3 at the half.

Just a complete undressing of the Esks by the Bombers.

Edmonton could miss the playoffs if BC finds some footing this last 5 games.

Unreal

The Eskimos have fired their special teams coordinator.... at the end of September.... because Special Teams is the issue for their faltering offense and weak o line

saw an interesting article on I think TSN where they looked at all CFL teams QB situation next year and they could see Reilly go to BC and be reunited with Hervey the GM. I like Reilly but I would like the Eskimos getting severely weakened even more

I’m not keeping up with the drama in the Evil Empire but what is causing Reilly wanting to move?
