Nice tribute by Canes fans. They just had nothing left this series.

Boston is playing so well in every facet of the game....hard to see anyone beating them at this point.

Brad Marchand is such a good player...just no weakness in his game other than being a dummy at times with the over the line stuff.

Basically what we could hope for Matthew Thakuck to be.

Exactly.

Took Marchand more than 3 years to figure it out....but MT has all his qualities and more...and less of the iffy ones.

Except MT can’t skate nearly as well as Marchand.

Yet....skating is something that actually can be improved more so than many things.

Bruins have been consistent contenders for a long time now even though they missed the playoffs two years in a row not that long ago. Seems like they are always a threat.

Bruins made the finals in 2011 and 2013. Looked like they'd be done after that, but they turfed Chiarelli and holy #### did they do a great job of retooling around their core.

Far and away the most bizarre playoffs I can remember. What is the record for most sweeps in 1 playoff year?

Bruins always bring it in the playoffs. Marchand especially. Makes you envious as a Flames fan.

This will be the Bruins 3rd cup final appearance of the decade putting them in a tie with the Hawks. They also picked up a Presidents trophy over that time and only missed the playoffs twice as a 9th seed with 93 and 96 points.

They are possibly the best managed team in the league showing superb asset management identifying a core and not being afraid of trading away others. I’m definitely jealous of Boston sports fans.
