The miracle solution seems obvious. Just have the refs make a phantom 5 min major call. That usually seems to do the trick.

The ref complaints are tiresome. The Bruins were the better team and deserved the win. Same with the San Jose result in game 7. Based on the fact that the rules and game seem to change completely for the playoffs, the refs are doing fine.

Coyle, another deadline acquisition, has the assist on the goal.
