Eagles also picked up former Notre Dame QB Ian Book off waivers after the Saints released him. The Eagles love their ex-Saints.

If it doesn't work out there, I think Book would actually be a good fit in the CFL. He defaults way too quickly to scrambling in the NFL, definitely has happy feet. But a good scrambler and especially as an improviser, which is more the CFL game.
